  1. Download and print a couple copies of this .pdf file. You can print it from an Adobe product or just from any internet browser.
  2. Begin with the first exercise on the left and work through the chart from left to right every day. Every day you can mark the spaces that you complete the exercise for. If you forget or can't do one you can skip it and make it up within a day or two. This is meant to go at your own pace. I will be sending you assessment questions about once a week at first to help customize your program to avoid wasted time or effort -although no effort is truly wasted.
  3. Each day go down and use the repetition numbers on the next row until the end of the month.
  4. Each month take number of "rep's" just below the amount at the end of the last month's day.
  5. Add that or whatever number you feel you could easily do to the numbers on the chart and cycle through it again.
