Here Is Why You Should Get The Sexy Liberal Podcast Network
Read this conversation on the Stephanie Miller Show and the hosts of the UnPresidented podcast. It’s witty resistance talk like this that’s why you need to plug into the Sexy Liberal Podcast Network.
I believe the conversation between Stephy and John Aravosis & Cliff Schecter went as follows.
Stephanie Miller:
Moses and Cliff Schecter are tearing it up on the Un-Presidented podcast on the Sexy Liberal Podcast Network. I listen every week. James Carville was a triumph. That episode was fantastic. Congratulations. I steal from you quite regularly now but then I credit you. Exactly, yeah. At some point. Oh just on fire, John. I stole from you on Friday and then I remembered who I stole from. So, we were saying about the code words they use. That when they say San Francisco, they mean homos. l When they say Chicago, they mean black people. New York, they mean Jew. We get your codes, not that hard to crack. I don’t care, I don’t think they care what we think. They want their white base to hear- homo, or Jew, or black.
What do you think is gonna happen? Because I’m like, yes to all of it. Yes, select committee. Republicans don’t like this. Just what you guys always talk about. How we message and how we fight like Republicans is what you were talking about. You have to talk about it. A while back, they didn’t bother with any of this. They just went ahead with 33 Ben Ghazi investigations with a select committee.
John Aravosis:
Right. I mean it’s been a theme for us, I mean, with Benghazi. They spend more time on that than we spent on Pearl Harbor. It’s ludicrous and they control the news cycle by doing that. They say the kinds of things that will make headlines. You know we talked a lot about Ricardo because our guys say, well, they may be hiding something from January 6. Then they say in Benghazi, Clinton became a zombie and bit off the heads of our soldiers. So, we don’t want to be ludicrous like them, but we need to stop talking in this sort of dangling participles.
Maybe this or that, like they did this, they committed treason, they supported people that attacked the capitol for the first time in 200 years. It was terrorism, it was sedition, and we’re going to put together a commission.

We hope they’ll join us in a bipartisan way, if they don’t, we’re going forward without them. Because we’re serving the American people.
Stephanie Miller:
This is how you can tell they’re listening to you. Hearing you guys on my bike or hiking, I’m like yeah, that’s right! Why isn’t anyone else doing it! That’s me screaming, John. Because I don’t feel like hardly anybody except me, you guys. So few people get the urgency of what’s happening. That this is an ongoing insurrection, it’s not just January 6. What’s happening in Arizona and now in Georgia, and all these, voter suppression bills, but it is a coup. And the main thing that we keep saying. We’re skipping over. It’s not just the voter suppression, it’s just their going if we don’t like it, we’re just going to pick our own delegates, just overturn it. We’re getting rid of the Raffensperger types.
John Aravosis:
I’m also worried. Cliff and I’ve talked a lot about this as to whether, even the grass roots, whether our own listeners, no offense folks, but whether they think we’ve won. So to speak, right? Every time we mentioned Trump on Twitter, I don’t mention Trump often on Twitter, on purpose, but sometimes it’s important to remind people. Because he’s still out there. He’s still running the Republican Party. It’s not like he’s going away. Now whenever we bring him up, people are like.
Why are you mentioning him again, just ignore him. Right. I think there’s been a lot less interest in just all the stuff we all talk about since November. I think we wanted people to realize the battle didn’t end. It’s not like the election wasn’t the end. January 6 wasn’t the end, but I think there’s and again our listeners. I don’t think you have that problem. So I’m not accusing you folks, but I think on the left in general. Or, as we said, our politicians.
We’re busy talking about the economy and COVID and we have to be. Also, can we pay a little more attention on the fact that they’re trying to steal the next presidential election, and have a coup?
Stephanie Miller:
Yeah, well in the next presidential and even 2020. We have very little time to get all this stuff done right.
Cliff Schecter:
I want to jump on to what John said. I just feel like it’s so important that we tell people stories. We share narratives with people, that’s what messaging is and what John just brought up about COVID and healthcare, why we can’t fit that into an overall narrative. They don’t care about you, they’re screwing you. 580,000 People die in the same way they’re ignoring an attack on our capital which they inspired. We can get these things together.
They tried to take away your health care and they caused fricking COVID Right. Your healthcare in the same way. They’re now trying to take away your democracy. Like that, We can do these things and share these broad messages that share our positives, and their negatives. Then, I think the point that James Carville made, that John and I keep making is, how is it that this party is Donald Trump’s? He is still the most unpopular politician alive, and he’s polarizing to the kinds of voters, we want to win.
Nearly 600,000 people die because they weren’t aware of a pandemic. Then they attack the Capital for the first time in 200 years. What would Republicans do? We should be hanging it around their necks, every single day. Also to John’s point, he’s not gone. Did you see the latest proclamation from the office of the president.
Stephanie Miller:
From Mar-a-Blogo he blogs a months old story about his plane sitting in disrepair. He says it’s being fixed up to the finest requirements and then back soon at rallies.
John Aravosis:
But it’s been in disrepair for years. By this point, rotting in New York in some field, literally.
Stephanie Miller:
Smelling of McDonald’s farts. As you guys know which is, It’s hard to get fart smell out of your airplane seats.
John Aravosis:
He is leading the opposition, he is leading the next coup d’etat. We can’t ignore the guy. But having said that, I think you’ll need to step back. I think a lot of people are worried because, think back to 2016. We all sort of ignored Trump, originally, then we all talked about it. Because we thought, oh this guy’s such a train wreck, it’ll be great. He’ll surely lose the election, and there was some fear that by talking about him so much we elevated him.
I think that’s the conundrum people are in now. They think we’re elevating him again, when he was already president. He runs elevated, think that. He was like a Twitter egg with eight followers. Like, to anybody that responds people like that I always say, respond if you like, but you’re not going to accomplish anything. All you’re doing is elevating some idiot. But some people who already have a large platform, you know, frankly, we can use him as a cudgel to beat them, you know rhetorically. I don’t. Here’s the most dangerous thing to me. I think it’s important, to me the biggest story that just, I can’t believe.
An expert on fascism has written books on it. We’ve had her on our show, Orenstein, a Washington guy, center right, expert on politics. They were both just on CNN and asked if they thought the Democrats will win in 2020 from Republicans. State legislators in the states that we want like Pennsylvania, to let us win the election, and they both said no. We’re sitting here looking at not just the laws they eroded the democratic culture. With their lies so much, and the media is acting like their whistling past the graveyard.
John Aravosis:
Actually Steph, I don’t know if you guys have previously explained to people how it works that they’re going to steal the election in 2024. It’s actually quite simple in a way. Let’s let’s say that Biden wins again by two or three states right and by two or three I mean, two or three states electoral votes. They don’t have to lie and say, Biden didn’t win. Trump won or whoever.
All they have to say is wow you know, Georgia, what a mess Georgia was. You know, Arizona My God we are still having a recount in Arizona, what a mess. Arizona is, in all fairness, we have to be objective and say, it’s not clear who won. So we’re not sending any electoral votes to Washington. What happens then? The Electoral College gets together and beginning of January, that’s both houses of Congress, and they look at the electoral votes and they say you know what, neither guy or gal, has enough electoral votes to win. Neither one has 270. Because we can’t count those states that said they’re not sending them.
Now, guess who picks the President and the Vice President? The Senate picks the Vice President, the House picks the President. This group of House Republicans, if they take back the House next year. Do you think these guys are gonna pick Donald Trump Jr instead of Biden, you better believe it. In that circumstance unfortunately, South Dakota or Montana, all these small rural states that only have one rep. They’re gonna go for Trump.
Stephanie Miller:
And they’re like really literally. Even if he’s in prison, they’ll think no. No, that won’t stop them, they will still.
Cliff Schecter:
The scary part to me is they’re gonna do it by saying, we’re not taking sides. We’re saying, Georgia, Arizona, my God we’re still gonna be recounts Can’t we all agree that it’s really confusing.
John Aravosis:
Then the AP will cover both sides. Democrats claim and Republicans claim. We can’t tell. That’s what we’re getting into. Inevitable.
Stephanie Miller:
I’d say it,s because you’ve been hanging around James Carville. That you use the word himbo. As in himbo eruption, You said Republicans are actually proud of the himbos they’re electing to Congress, they are.
John Aravosis:
Matt Madison Cawthorne, he said. What did he say? He hasn’t been voting in Congress lately because he had to service as his wife or something. I don’t know. Did he say that from the Eagle’s Nest? Because that really gets him off, It’s on his bucket list.
Stephanie Miller:
I love that his defense that it was only Hitler’s vacation house not his real house. Yeah, then you’d be a Nazi, but yeah. Speaking of which. So of course we can’t ignore Marginally Taylor Green saying, Nancy Pelosi and mask wearing is the exact same as executing Jews in the Holocaust. John, you said she is a virulent anti Semite in the party that routinely traffics anti-semitic tropes. Particularly at election time. That if Democrats were better at messaging, we would hit Republicans repeatedly over their rank anti-semitism. Stop letting them own an issue that they are awful at.
Yeah, I mean, this is just the latest.
John Aravosis:
Yeah, well and I think but that’s something where I could even again. I could see folks listening to us going, you know, I think so, but I’m not sure what you mean. Because we don’t talk about it. Donald Trump’s closing, including the clips. Actually Chris has a better memory than I do on this stuff, but the closing ad that Donald Trump had at the end of the 2016 election. What was it? A whole thing about Biden coming to take away your freedom.
Coming to take your jobs, and he would keep showing pictures of like Lloyd Blankfein and Chuck Schumer and Bloomberg. Four Jews including Soros, just a couple weeks before. Who was it in Congress that tweeted the picture of Soros, Bloomberg and Steyer? It was Kevin McCarthy. Bloomberg was actually raised Episcopalian cuz he’s half Jewish half but he has the name Steyer, and he’s a billionaire. I’m surprised they didn’t have a Photoshop of horns growing slowly from their heads.
Cliff Schecter:
They love to do this, remember with the migrant caravans? Remember George Soros’ money for it. A rich Jew’s money. Then what happens? A temple in Pittsburgh. The guy walks in and says this is Soros’ and shoots and shoots at how many Jew
Stephanie Miller:
Yeah, yeah, in all the talk about the the left’s drift toward socialism, there’s no talk about how they are actually the party of fascism. Actual Nazis! By the way, John, you and I as homos love to point out the family values party. Talking about the guy that’s trying to take over for Liz Cheney, got his 14-year-old pregnant and then she killed herself. You said, just to clarify. If you rape a child, make sure you get her pregnant. Then it’s not just okay, but a feather in your hat.
I seriously don’t want any of Republicans around my kids even if I had any. Then Jason Miller just lost his lawsuit against the place that reported accurately that he slipped an abortion pill in his in his mistress’ smoothie. So, I just know that’s the wrong way to go for the whole family values thing. Look what’s happening with choice, they still know they lie about it.
John Aravosis:
I gotta tell you, it kind of freaks me out sometimes. I hate saying that on the show but they lie about everything and they get away with it. I mean, the family values thing now. I mean, my God ever since Roy Moore if not before, how many times have they been involved with children? Because of the fact of sex with children scandals, and yet they go on. I mean, Jordan should never be on TV again if Tim Jordan were a Democrat, the speaker would tell him, you know what, you got all that weird child sex thing when you were a coach at Ohio State. I don’t think you need to be our spokesman anymore.
Stephanie Miller:
We got this out here. George Clooney is working on the documentary about Ohio State. We got that. We’re gonna take Jordan down. Okay. You remain a scamp. You said it seems, CNN has terminated Rick Santorum’s contract early or aborted it, if you will.
John Aravosis:
He’s the perfect Republican that way. His obsession with lady parts, with metal dog, and who’s having gay sex. I mean, this is who they are and then you find out they’re hitting on 14 year olds or impregnating them. Or like Donald Trump, wandering through their dressing rooms at contests and like. There’s a reason in the works that psychologists would call this projection.
All this stuff because of their own sick minds and what they wish they could do.
Stephanie Miller:
Right. I’m not saying this because you are part of the podcasting super-station the sexy liberal podcast now we’re gonna be killing it with unprecedented I love it. I keep saying, Our brand is smart and funny I’m telling you there’s smart liberals there’s funny liberals, there’s the combination of smart, funny liberals is our brand and you guys are embodying so thank you so much.
