You Tube Caption Word Jumble Game #2

THERE’S A NEW GAME IN TOWN
You Tube Word Games on Motiv8ionN8ion.com

YouTube Caption Word Jumble Game #2

This one will be much easier than my first Word Game.

The first to respond correctly to this word game with an email, message, text video or slideshow, (it’s too large to fit in Video Description or YT comment, but you can post it and send us the link that way)  will be eligible for a hemp clothing prize. For people who find the video and comment positively, they will be included into a drawing for a prize. I’ll keep this going annually. Prizes awarded every year in December. There’s a different prize each time based on number of participants.

Knowing what was said, I found these video captions hilarious. Like a cross between doing a word jumble puzzle and translating a Hebrew scroll with spelling errors. There are also bits that are amazingly accurate. Sometimes it seemed like the video captions were being censored by You Tube somehow. Yet another reason why we must band together to end cannabis prohibition in Michigan  and the USA!

I will be adding more Games until I’ve gone through upgrading all the videos I want to keep on my public YouTube Channel. As far as the contest goes, these are language skills games requiring spelling, grammar and punctuation corrections in English. Anybody on Earth can participate, but subject to laws governing contests here and abroad, and shipping considerations. (if it costs more to ship than to buy retail I may not be awarding that winner.)

Let the games begin…
HOW IT WORKS:

  • Produce a corrected copy of the contest text below.
  • Use proper English words and punctuation, with time codes removed.
  • This may not be an exact science, multiple answers are possible
  • When more than one are speaking the person on stage is preferred to any other text in the mix. So translation of just the featured speaker is sufficient.

HERE’S THE CLUES:

  • Youtube video caption text.

It is an age-old question. Should
00:06
marijuana be legalized? There’s some very
00:08
strong arguments on both sides of this
00:11
issue and we’ll take a look at both
00:12
sides listen to the arguments and see if
00:15
we can’t come up with some sort of a
00:16
consensus on marijuana Straight Talk is
00:19
next
00:50
thank you for being with us this morning
00:52
you know it’s a slap on the hand in some
00:54
locations its jail time and others
00:56
should marijuana be legalized we’re
00:58
gonna talk about that this morning Mike
01:00
woody is here he is from PR a yes or
01:03
personal responsibility amendment yes
01:05
that’s a group that wants to take the
01:07
drug trafficking out of the mix he’s
01:08
also a member of the ACLU Sheriff Robert
01:11
Ficano is also here today sheriff of
01:13
Wayne County of course he is the chair
01:15
of hid a and that is the high intensity
01:19
drug trafficking area he is a board
01:21
member and welcome it’s good to have
01:22
both of you here on a topic goose so you
01:25
could actually get at the public’s
01:26
concern about the Gateway and the
01:29
negatives to drugs by a public health
01:31
model you meet reach more people by
01:33
surface in it normalizing it making it
01:36
something like we treat alcohol and the
01:38
problems associated with alcohol and
01:40
make distinctions between use and abuse
01:41
and the teenage marijuana use in the
01:44
Netherlands is lower than ours and their
01:46
coffee houses have not resulted in wider
01:49
drug use in fact i found the dutch
01:52
students adhering to beer as king
01:55
scorning anything but their their
01:57
traditional cultural tasty beer draw a
02:00
line between use and abuse i mean i’ll
02:03
draw a line between use and abuse one
02:05
cold beer in a refrigerator should not
02:07
result in civil forfeiture a simple
02:09
possession of one beer a forfeiture a
02:11
civil for snatching house without even
02:14
prosecuting individual snatching a car
02:16
before the person is convicted grabbing
02:19
a car off eight mile before they’re even
02:20
convicted you are losing me sir well
02:23
there’s a lot of police abuse of civil
02:25
liberties and a lot of constitutional
02:27
threats to the drug war we’ve lost most
02:29
of our bill of rights freedoms we’ve
02:31
lost a lot of Fourth Amendment freedoms
02:33
with the kind of Supreme Court Bush is
02:34
going to create we’re going to lose a
02:35
lot more ground there’s a lot of major
02:37
police abuse not to mention corruption
02:40
go into the forfeiture issue go into all
02:42
the the issues of police brutality the
02:45
driving while black and profiling
02:47
minorities a war against youth
02:49
criminalizing a generation of youth
02:51
disproportionate incarceration of
02:54
Hispanics and black Americans all as a
02:57
result of the drug war w tell me
03:00
something positive about decriminalizing
03:02
or legal
03:03
there’s a car there’s less marijuana use
03:06
where it is tolerated in the Netherlands
03:09
than there is here in the United States
03:10
so you’re limited personal use if that’s
03:13
their person whatever definite decides
03:15
so they all right to pass it on to your
03:17
kids reading like that if you grow it
03:19
personal you pass it on well your unki
03:22
pit with us kids cars in the public all
03:24
right yeah but like i said it’s car kids
03:26
are gonna imitate what they see their
03:27
parents do what is a social taboo right
03:30
now let’s face it we know we have
03:32
problems with alcohol we know we have
03:35
problems with tobacco and things like
03:37
that I can tell you police when they
03:40
make most domestic runs there’s usually
03:42
been some type of substance abuse
03:44
involved somebody’s been drinking too
03:46
much or somebody’s been using illegal
03:49
drugs and that has caused many times the
03:52
confrontation that has happened if you
03:54
add legalizing marijuana you’re gonna
03:56
see those kind of costs social costs as
03:59
well as domestic abuse go up no
04:02
statistical evidence in Europe indicates
04:04
that tolerance produces increased usage
04:06
of cannabis not so and the people that
04:10
are intimidated from using it are the
04:11
least problematic members of the cohort
04:14
the people that become habituated and in
04:17
troubled by the drug our hardcore folks
04:19
who need a public health approach we
04:21
need more mercy and compassion on this
04:23
and we need to put this in proportion is
04:25
out of proportion
04:28
hi I’m sorry Mike’s approach is really
04:31
kind of irritating because i work with
04:33
you that i treat drug prevention and
04:34
absence with the Children’s Center and
04:36
the kids I deal with they’re not from
04:38
the Netherlands and they’re not from
04:39
Holland these are kids from the city of
04:40
Detroit dealing with real issues and
04:42
real problems and so as a result you
04:43
sing legalizes it disturbs me because a
04:46
simple fact if you’re saying legalizes
04:47
this is not candy there are effects that
04:49
happen to these young people and they
04:50
started using drugs at an early age so
04:52
that kind of disturbs me that it’s like
04:54
Holland no I’m talking about young
04:56
people today who is seeing drugs and in
04:58
marijuana as something just to do
05:00
because it’s cool they’re indications I
05:06
have is that minority use of cannabis is
05:10
less than the white suburban use of
05:13
cannabis and the minority community is
05:15
targeted by the police the minority
05:17
communities paying a tremendous price
05:19
the war on drugs has been taken out of
05:20
the height of the black community in
05:22
incarceration in prison industrial
05:24
complex and profiling black drivers the
05:28
penalty of this drug war that is
05:29
targeted on the poor and targeted on the
05:31
black community is result in war police
05:33
corruption more police brutality on the
05:35
black community it’s a tremendous an
05:37
exorbitant price for the black community
05:39
to pay to pretend there’s piety in the
05:43
land and you’re letting the cops and
05:45
Benny Napoleon cover your bases for you
05:47
it’s dangerous dangerous territory as
05:49
far as I’m business we are focused here
05:52
on whether marijuana should be legalized
05:55
or not I’ll just give you an example
05:57
we’ve legalized gambling have we stopped
05:59
legal gambling no we haven’t it is
06:01
plentiful and it’s going as strong as is
06:05
it always have been even with the
06:07
casinos and everything else okay we’re
06:09
gonna take a break we’ll talk a little
06:10
bit more right after this I think
06:11
obviously we’re not gonna come to a
06:13
consensus but we will talk more so stay
06:15
with us we’ll be right back
06:23
on net straight off our experts will
06:26
discuss custody battles from the man’s
06:28
point of view to be a part of our studio
06:30
audience when we tape wednesday at four
06:32
thirty call 248 355 7089 we’ve got lots
06:42
of issues here and very little time your
06:44
question yes I’m concerned that the
06:46
sheriff seems to be talking in terms of
06:48
wishful thinking and opinion he cites
06:51
studies that he can’t name where of
06:53
course Mike Witt he can name his studies
06:55
I want to address the concern of the
06:58
woman have spoken the last segment and
07:00
that is when you take the stigma away
07:02
from drugs it doesn’t become a matter of
07:05
youthful rebellion to use drugs and
07:07
that’s why in Holland for you I’ve
07:09
talked to from Holland they don’t see it
07:11
as an exciting glamorous thing to do
07:13
they just see it as an another option so
07:17
take some of the glitz out and it
07:18
becomes right so these arguments that
07:20
the sheriff is using our true in spades
07:22
but their true against his point not for
07:24
his point sure sure aamir a couple
07:27
things i’ll give you a real life example
07:28
in Alaska with the Supreme Court ruled
07:30
one of the marijuana statutes
07:32
unconstitutional at that point but the
07:35
legislature wasn’t in session so it was
07:37
legal to have possession of marijuana
07:39
for two or three months until they
07:41
change the law in the high school before
07:44
that court ruling at that point alcohol
07:48
was the greatest amount of abuse of a
07:49
substance after that ruling marijuana
07:52
surpassed alcohol the youngster sought
07:55
took advantage of it and that’s a real
07:58
life study that actually happened. So you
08:01
can go look it up in Alaska and see the
08:03
results that they had you’re watching
08:06
able to
08:07
YCS now Action News
08:12
he needs it in downtown Detroit today to
08:14
call attention to what they believe is
08:15
unfair drug practices cures ignores
08:19
staged it’s 2002 Michigan marijuana
08:22
march at washington plaza this year they
08:24
say they’re demanding that drug addicts
08:26
get the treatment they need without
08:28
being punished the group says it also
08:30
wants to see marijuana legalized.
